If a piece is not right, say so in the same thread you ordered in and we will make it right.

The window

If something is wrong with a piece, tell us within 7 days of it arriving. Message the same WhatsApp thread you ordered in and we will sort it.

Pieces need to come back unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached. We cannot take back something that has been worn out.

If a piece arrives damaged or a print is wrong, that is on us. Send a photo and we replace it or refund it in full, including delivery both ways.

Exchanges depend on what is still in stock. We will tell you honestly what is left rather than hold your money against a piece that is gone.
